 18" W x 24" L x 2" Deep, Handcrafted  Framed sign.  Family sign customized with family last name. Please add last name in Special instructions at checkout. 

The frame and the background are both 100% wood.

The wood background is painted white unless other options are available. Your design is then hand painted, and poly coating is then applied to protect your sign.

* All products are made in a smoke-free environment.
* Each framed piece is sold separately.  Props in photo are not included.
*Framed Farmhouse signs are glued and nailed together. Nails will be visible on the ends of framed signs.
* Each piece will include a sawtooth hanger for easy hanging. These signs will also stand alone.  
* We paint our products, and no two pieces are exactly alike.
* All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly.
* We keep the characteristics in the wood grain and respect it's natural beauty. Your piece may have knots, and slight dents, etc. We use our judgement to achieve satisfaction with each piece.
