Refund policy

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate your return. Returns must be approved before returning and take place within 14 days.

Returns are on home decor products only and must be approved by email before they are returned.  Return shipping is at the customers expense. In case of damage please reach out by email. kinfolkandfriends@gmail.com.

 Returns must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned product.
